■ 鋁合金拼裝結構，觸摸屏 PLC控制，操作界面簡單易懂。

■ 五對毛刷(Φ160 ㎜ )不銹鋼軸頭，上部硬毛刷配置氣缸可單獨提升，特制軟毛刷可洗low-e玻璃，普通鍍膜玻璃。

■ 主傳動為斜齒傳動，變頻調速。

■ 快速自動厚度調節，升降高度300mm，方便內部保養。

■ 設備配有單獨溫控系統（風加熱及水加熱裝置），風機使用熱風回收系統達到節能，效率高。（可根據客戶要求增加毛刷和風刀數量，以提高清洗要求和加工速度）

■ 可與高速雙邊機，上下片等設備對接，實現自動化生產線。

■ Aluminum alloy assembly structure, touch screen PLC controlsystem, operating interface is simple and easy to understand.

■ Five pairs hair brush(Φ160 ㎜ ) with stainless steel shaft, the up hard hair brush is controlled bypneumatic cylinder and can be liftedupindependently, so the soft hair brush can wash the LOW-E glass, common coating film glass.

■ Helical teeth transmissiondriving system, frequency speedadjustment.

■ The up and lower washing brushes are drive by two groups of independent gear belt system, with steady speed and longer working life.

■ Convenient thickness adjustment,the whole sectioncan hoist 300mmto facilitate inner clean.

■Three pairs of special designed integrated aluminum air blades, with air and water heating system (Can install more brushes and air blades to improve washing quality and washing speed.

■ Can connected with high-speed double edging machine,automatic glass loading and unloading system to realize automatic processing.

1、臥式玻璃清洗機采用國標方管骨架；水平臥式結構；2、臥式玻璃清洗機的溫度控制器可調整吹風溫度，從0-90°都可以調整；3、臥式玻璃清洗機的傳動部分使用無級變速機控制,可任意調節清洗速度；4、臥式玻璃清洗機的輸送棍、毛刷棍以及海綿棍均采用耐高溫，耐酸堿材質,使用壽命長；5、臥式玻璃清洗機為密集滾筒帶動設計，加工面積范圍大，循環水清洗玻璃一次完成。6、臥式玻璃清洗機使用離心風機，音量小、風量大；高溫烘干系統，玻璃清洗完成后表面溫度在30-50°左右。
