絲印單組份金屬油墨

光澤特性：1、印上就烤顯平光

2、印上放置3小時再烤為干燥后為亮光

使用方式：絲印、移印。油墨與固化劑添加比例為10：1，表干15-30分鐘。金屬產品烘烤120-150°C，30分鐘后可完全干燥。玻璃產品烘烤100-120°C，30分鐘完全干燥。強化亞克力及uv表面等塑膠產品烘烤80-100°C，30分鐘完全干燥。

測試：產品從烤箱拿出來完全冷卻之后可進行相應測試。

1. 劃百格后使用3M膠紙拉，無掉色，脫落現象。

2. 使用99%無水酒精，500g力來回摩擦1000次，無變色，脫色等現象；

3. 使用25%的鹽酸，500g力來回摩擦一千次，無脫落，變色、脫色等現象；

4. 使用25%氫氧化鈉溶液，500g力來回摩擦一千次，無脫落、變了、脫色等現象；

5. 使用100°C熱水浸泡三小時，拿出后用手擦，無脫落，掉色等現象。

適用范圍：

各種金屬制品，玻璃制品，鋼化玻璃（6H以下硬度），鍍膜鏡片，強化亞克力，UV噴油表面等產品。
