無捻粗紗布（方格布）
基本信息
1、定義：是由2000孔漏板拉制的直接無捻粗紗玻璃纖維按來紋組織編制而成一種片狀雙向增強織物.
Woven Rovings arebidirectionaland enhancedfabric made by interweaving direct rovings which is leaked by 2000 hole board in plain weave pattern.
2、特點：
厚薄均勻、纖維排列密度大、無毛羽、污漬雜物
樹脂浸透性好，脫泡性能好、施工率高。
經緯紗平行排列呈扁平狀、張力均勻，很少扭轉。
制品強度高、重量輕、耐腐蝕，使用壽命長。

3、應用：
無捻粗紗布適用于各種樹脂增強系統，廣泛應用于手糊成型、模壓成型和機械成型等玻璃鋼成型產品，如船舶、容器、飛機和汽車部件、大型板材、家具、亞克力潔具、運動設施等領域。
Woven roving is in variety resin strengthen systems easy used for which is widely used in hands machanical process and paste the shaping crafts of glass fiber reinforced plastic.Such as shipping manufacture, vessles,planes and automotive parts,large panel, furniture,acrylicsanitary sports facilities and other fields.
4、包裝:
方格布卷在內徑76mm或內徑23mm的芯軸上，外套聚乙烯包裝袋，裝在瓦楞紙包裝箱中
Roll Weight: 30-60kgs.Normal types are 36kgs.40kgs
Each roll Woven Rovings is would onto a paper tube,The mat roll is wrapped up with plastic bag,and then packed in a cardbard box or wrapped up with kraft paper.The rolls can be vertically or horizontally placed.For transportation ,the rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.
