拋丸機、噴砂機工藝技術簡介
采用拋丸、噴砂技術是目前世界上對各種機械零部件，進行表面清理、光飾、強化的一種較先進的工藝之一，它代替了以藥液化學處理的原始方法；既有成本低、效率高，又具備環保的特點。
該設備主要由拋丸系統、輸送系統、丸料循環分離系統、除塵系統、配電系統組成。可配置PC控制及電器自動控制，具有自動保護及變頻調速裝置，達到一機多用的目的；該工藝利用離心力的作用，把鋼丸或鋼砂高速拋射到工件表面，使工件表面獲得其清潔度、粗糙度以及強化工件，清理內應力的目的，大大地提高零件的使用壽命和使用性能。
