本產品采用高級進口丙烯酸樹脂和高級顏料經過細制研磨加工組合而成，適用于各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽極氧化鋁表面、靜電噴漆面及烤漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得的附著力。油墨特性： 1、 平光（如需亮光請選擇我司JL系列）、附著力佳、耐酒精、耐化學品； 2、 手感好，流平性佳、面光潔； 3、 表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強、抗刮傷； 4、 耐酒精、耐化學品程度佳；印刷：選用網目為100-420目，以120T聚酯單絲、感光膠網版計算涂覆蓋面積每公斤達35~40㎡。表干時間自然揮發5-10分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內，48小時后達較佳性能。 1．用B-03專用稀釋劑開油水 2．用718洗網水洗網。 3．可選擇添加JS-9硬化劑10%用于增加油墨附著力及物理化學抗性。 4．烤箱80℃烘烤30分鐘佳能更優。測試方法（完全干燥后）： 1．3M膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脫油。 2．純度99%的酒精500G力在油墨表面來回擦拭200次無脫色。使用方法： 1．使用前應充分攪拌，用后隨時密封。 2．攪拌時先加固化劑靜置10分鐘后，再加稀釋劑10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度。 3. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時限為4-6小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收。 4．網版塞網時可用洗網水清洗。 5．不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。
